Terms and conditions... 

The boring but very important stuff...!

  • Owners to use field at their own risk - Willow Paws Paddock will not accept any liability for any losses/injuries/accidents/death to owners, dogs or vehicles.

​

  • Please do not bring your dog to the paddock if they have been showing any signs of illness in the last 48 hours.

​

  • All dogs MUST be up to date with their vaccinations, wormers & spot on treatments.

​

  • Bookings are for 50 minutes field use & 10 minutes to lock up and vacate. Failing to leave the field in time for the next paws to arrive may result in you not being able to book for future use.​

​

  • You must not turn up any earlier than 5 minutes before your session begins.

​

  • It is a maximum of 6 dogs per session. 

​

  • It is your responsibility to turn up on time, if you turn up late to your session you will still need to exit the field on time before your time slot is up.

​

  • Dogs outside the paddock MUST be kept on a lead at all times until they are safely secure inside the paddock. Our carpark is not secured.

​

  • Horses - Please be aware we are located along a country lane in which horses sometimes pass through. If your dog is horse reactive we kindly ask that you try to prevent them from running up to the fence barking at them.

​

  • Our fencing is 6ft high. If you feel like your dog could potentially jump this then we do not recommend you book the field as we are not held liable for any dogs that escape the paddock.

​

  • If you arrive early to your slot and somebody is still using the field please wait until they have vacated before getting your dog(s) out of the car - Please be mindful that some people use this field because their dogs are reactive/nervous to other dogs.

​

  • Bookings are strictly by appointment only and are to made through the booking system on the website.

​

  • This field is for personal use only and not to be used in conjunction with running any type of business.

​​​

  • For 4 or more dogs there must be 2 adults present for the session so there is sufficient supervision.

​

  • Payment is to be made via our online payment service.

​

  • Cancellation policy - Cancellations or changes are to be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded. Due to a percentage being taken from us per booking through our online system, there is a 50p cancellation charge to cover our admin charges. For example - for a £10 booking, you will be refunded £9.50 back into your account if you need to cancel with us.

  • Our fields are large and have uneven surfaces in some areas so please take care in wet conditions and wear appropriate footwear. 

​

​

  • In the event of extreme weather conditions we have the right to close the field and cancel your booking - you will be refunded for this or a new date and time arranged.

​

  • When booking your slot, we trust that you give the honest number of dogs you will be bringing to the field.

​

  • You may meet with another dog owner on the field if your dogs get along, but please remember to book your slot for the correct amount of dogs that will be using the field and remember it is a max of 2 cars in the car parking area at one time. Please make sure the people you meet at the paddock aware of our terms and conditions.

​

  • Maximum of 2 cars in the car park at one time.

​

  • We have a NO SMOKING OR VAPING policy in our field. Cigarette nubs are toxic to dogs and we cannot risk puppies/dog eating them.

​

  • Agility equipment and enrichment is for dogs to use only - Please do not allow children to climb on or use the equipment.

​

  • Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes on the field.​

​

​

  • Please make sure you lock the gate correctly ready for the next person to arrive.

​

  • We trust that you will keep a close eye on your dog(s) at all times, pick up their poo and place in bins provided. We do daily checks!

​

  • Please do not groom your dogs on these premises. 

​

  • We will not tolerate any type of aggressive/verbal abuse towards dogs.

​

Failing to comply to our terms & conditions may result in you not being able to use our paddock.
